As part of our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee, if you don’t like the product, we will refund your money—no questions asked.

To request a refund, please email support@herbalcodelabs.com with the subject line "REFUND" and include your Order Number. Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of purchase.

This policy applies to the first bottle of each product per customer or credit card holder. If multiple bottles of the same product are purchased in a single order, only one bottle of that product is eligible for a refund under this guarantee. If you have never tried a product before, we highly recommend purchasing a single bottle first to ensure it meets your expectations before ordering multiple bottles.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refund

Once you have contacted our customer service center (support@herbalcodelabs.com) and your case is approved by them, we will send you an email to notify you how and when we will proceed with your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us and we will tell you how to proceed
