We select areas with a moderate to medium-high rainfall of 1500 mm or more, along with temperatures spanning 20-35°C. Sandy or clay well-drained soils are ideal, with a pH range of 4.5 to 7.5 and a rich organic content.
THE NOURISHED SOIL & PROPER HARVEST METHODS:
We employ robust and disease-free rhizomes for planting, fortified by organic manure during land preparation.
At harvest, the spice undergoes a thorough cleansing process, involving sifting and separation using air screens to eliminate foreign matter such as stones and sand. The graded and purified product is carefully packed into specialized bags, placed on wooden pallets, and stored in a controlled environment, shielded from light.
